Microschool Advantage
School and learning can be a challenge for those who do not fit the institutional model. That phrase is what started this dream of teaching students right where they are at..with a nature/agriculture flare. You see, children will flourish when they have that small group environment learning what they love. This model is not for everyone. My hope is that these amazing kiddos can keep growing through the summer with these camps.
Multiage Learning
There is something to be said about the benefits of multiage learning. Our camps are open to kindergarten thru sixth grade. All curriculum will be age appropriate. Class sizes are limited to no more than 12 students at a time.
Nature & Agricultural Based
I have found that teaching around nature and agriculture is a means to helping students grow. Many children have an interest in something related to these two subjects. Your students will get reading, writing and arithmetic practice while at the summer adventure camp. These will be completely hands on and more of a Montessori feel rather than an institutional feel.
